Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Warner Cosmetics. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products, Pricing, Promotion Codes, and Payments

  • Products: Only genuine products sourced from production houses and authorized distributors are sold.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in LKR inclusive of VAT. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Stock and Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and cash on delivery.
  • Promotion Codes: Only one promotion code or gift voucher can be redeemed per order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer island-wide shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Contact: We may contact customers directly regarding orders.
  • Uncollected Orders: Orders returned to us by postal or courier services will result in a refund, excluding postal charges.
  • Lost Orders: Notify us within 45 working days if an order is not received.

4. Cancellation, Return, and Refund

  • Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original payment within 7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account upon providing bank details.
  • Returns: Initiate returns within 3 days of receiving your order for damaged or incorrect items. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

5. Complaints

  • Contact Us: Please contact us if you are unhappy with any of our services. Complaints will be acknowledged within seven working days.

6. Copyright and Privacy

  • Privacy: We will not share your details with third parties without permission. We use your data according to our privacy policy.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username.

Warner Cosmetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Major changes will be notified via our website and/or emails.
