Welcome to Warner Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://warnercosmetics.lk and your purchase of products through our website.

3. Prices and Delivery Charges

Product prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change before an order is placed.

Delivery charges are separate from product prices and will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process, as applicable.

The amount payable will be the applicable product total plus the delivery charge and any other charges clearly disclosed before the order is confirmed.

If a genuine pricing or listing error is identified, we will contact the customer to explain the issue and discuss the available options before proceeding with the affected order.


4. Orders and Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the purchase.

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Warner Cosmetics. We may contact you to verify your order, delivery address, contact number, or payment status.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock unavailability, a material listing error, or another valid reason, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting an order.


5. Payment Methods

Warner Cosmetics may offer the following payment methods:

  • PayHere: Online payments processed through PayHere and the applicable payment partners.
  • Bank transfer: Payment made using the bank details and instructions provided by Warner Cosmetics.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment collected when the order is delivered, where COD is available.

Customers must pay the amount confirmed for their order using the selected payment method.

For bank transfers, customers may be asked to provide a transaction reference or other reasonable proof of payment. Orders requiring advance payment may not be dispatched until payment has been verified.

Online payments are subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms and processing procedures.


6. Shipping and Delivery

We generally aim to deliver orders within 2–4 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, stock availability, and other operational circumstances.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Deliveries may take longer because of courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

We may share the information necessary to deliver an order with the relevant courier service. Customers may be contacted by the courier to coordinate delivery.


7. Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Orders

Customers should make reasonable efforts to be available to receive their orders and respond to delivery-related communications.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the delivery address is incorrect, or the order cannot be received, the courier may arrange another attempt or return the parcel according to its procedures.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or providing knowingly incorrect information may lead to additional verification before future orders are accepted.

Any additional delivery or return charges will be handled in accordance with the information communicated to the customer and applicable law.


8. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched by contacting Warner Cosmetics as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation that the order has not already been dispatched.

If payment has already been collected, an approved refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled as a pre-dispatch order. Customers should contact us to discuss any available options.

These terms do not exclude cancellation or other rights that customers may have under applicable law.


9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order. It explains the three-day return request window, conditions for unused and unopened products, restrictions on opened products, and the process for reporting damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or the Refund & Return Policy is intended to remove any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Sri Lankan law.


10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
  • Use the website lawfully and not engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Review product information and follow applicable product instructions.
  • Contact Warner Cosmetics promptly if an order or payment issue arises.
  • Avoid unauthorised use of the website or attempts to interfere with its operation.

We aim to keep the website accessible and its content accurate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of information will always be free from errors.
